We are able to offer a full refund on items that have not been opened and are in a sellable condition. If the item has been opened, but is defective then we can offer a replacement of the item. If in double, please get in touch with us through our contact us page.

If you have made an error on your order, please contact us as soon as possible through the contact us page so we can make the amend you require.

Yes, we can accept a bank transfer, you will need to message us through the contact us page with the order/items you are wanting, we can send you an email order with the bank details to make payment.

Unfortunately we do not sell individual items on their own, however if you have purchased a gift box and would like additional items we may be able to accommodate this. You can email us with your order number and a description of the item you would like and we will see what can be done.

Yes, we can deliver overseas, you will need to contact us through our contact us page and we will quote you separately for the international delivery. We can deliver worldwide.
